Clamcleats Ltd Purchase of Miniplas Ltd - Clamcleats Ltd officially completed the purchase of a local company called MiniPlas Limited, a UK injection moulding company. Miniplas Ltd (www.miniplas.co.uk). Specialised in precision plastic injection moulding and plastic injection moulding tools. The company had a steady history of being responsive to any minor modifications because of the 3D machining capabilities and CAD/CAM facilities.

The owners of Miniplas Ltd have been wishing for retirement for some time, and Clamcleats Ltd recognised this and knew it would boost morale in the office to have new faces and marvellous machinery.
