The 21-boat Nacra 17 fleet raced a nine-race series with one discard. Due to a lack of wind, no final series was held. John and Anna dominated from the start. By the midpoint of the regatta, they had secured four race wins and a ten-point lead, never looking back. “We are really happy to take the win at Kiel Week. We had plenty of light winds, which meant a lot of movement on the trapeze. It was exciting to be racing with the new titanium cleats—they're beautifully smooth to use and perfect for keeping the drag and weight down,” explained Anna Burnet, who, along with John Gimson, was the driving force behind developing the new CL290 Titanium Trapeze cleat. Designed for use with composite trapeze lines, the top section's halo ring design allows for extra grip, meaning sailors with strong hands may not even need the low-profile aerodynamic handle. For sailors who require extra surface area for a secure two-finger grip during constant adjustments, ergonomic handles are available. Aerodynamics were a critical part of the design, specifically optimizing airflow across both the side of the cleat when trapezing and the back of the cleat on the leeward side.

The adjustable harness line CL289Kit/R features two wrap-around webbing straps: one with a tube-covered rope loop and another with an aluminium insert cleat for easy height adjustment. The design transfers the wing's load through your body core, reducing arm fatigue, whilst the cleat's position minimizes damage risk during wipe-outs. The cleat's moulded body ensures minimal weight with aluminium insert teeth to maximise load capacity and wear resistance. This retail kit has 100% recyclable packaging, which also allows the user to see how it is rigged before they buy.

Ocean Bound Plastic (OBP) is abandoned plastic waste within 50 km of coastlines or waterways in areas with poor waste management. It accounts for about 80% of plastic marine litter and poses a high risk of entering the ocean.. OBP is collected and recycled into usable material. The CL244/S9 clamp-on tube cleat fits 24 to 27mm tubes (1" tubes), perfect for Wingfoiling handle grips. It's easy to fit and features a strong aluminium cleat in a nylon clamp, secured by screws. A rubber friction packer ensures a firm grip and accommodates slight variations in tube diameter and oval tubes. Available in Silver or Hard coat finish, this addition expands the range to fit tube diameters from 24mm to 43mm.

The D-Zero by Devoti is a single-handed, lightweight 4.2m dinghy. It uses our CL828-68AN Aerocleat to adjust its toe strap from the dagger plate housing, making adjustments easier without shifting your weight too far aft

The airflow across the side of the cleat when trapezing and the airflow across the back of the cleat on the leeward side are also very important and were critical parts of the design.

A semi-buried recycling bag system is a type of waste container where a large bag is housed inside an underground or semi-underground column. These systems, also known as deep collection containers, save space by using the ground for natural compaction and temperature stability, which reduces odours and prevents freezing. The waste is emptied using a lifting device like a crane, which hoists the heavy-duty bag out of the ground. This rope is specially designed for strength, low friction, and abrasion resistance. Overall length 8.1 - 8.15 meters (26 ft). Diameter 10mm (3/8"). 3 strand core with an eight plait braided cover and will now take double the load. The spliced eye has a protective sleeve and is the correct size for use with our PT406 loop. The PT414-9 is a perfect fit for our CL279 cleat and works well in all 3 tubes we supply. The other components of the system include Clamcleat® CL279 cleat, PT406 loop, and either PT413-1, PT416-1, or PT417-1 tube which allows the bag to be removed from the ground when full and emptied into the lorry easily.
