T Bar for Shockcord or bungee cord. Fixed to shockcord with a staple and used with eyeletted tarps. 8mm (5/16") bore is suitable for shockcord up to 6mm (1/4"). Or use with a loop of 4mm bungee/shockcord. Available in bulk for manufacturers.
