Details

Tapered Pads are usually used as an aid to rope alignment. Clamcleat® CL802 Tapered Pad fits under CL204, CL222 and CL222AN cleats to angle them at 10 degrees.

Can be used either way round, or stacked. Double stack the same way round to angle the cleat at 20 degrees. Or make a riser block to rais the cleat by about 12mm.

CL802 is used with CL204 Nylon Mini cleat and CL222 Racing Mini cleat, both for 3-6mm ropes.

Ans: Clamcleat® make a range of accessories for 3 sizes of fairlead cleat, CL268 and Mk2 range and the Mk1 range of cleats. The accessories are a tapered pad, Keeper (keeps the rope either in or out of the cleat) and the Cage (allows the rope to enter the cleat even if the lead angle is poor)
