Mutiny kites used the CL211 Mk2AN within a special designed areobase.
Areo bases alllow the position of the cleat on the rope to be adjusted by hand. No tools are required.
The special design Mutiny kites use allows this feature but has the additional benefit of being able to tie the end of the line off as well as having a guide for the fifth line.
