CL828-70 Aero cleat is ideal for tensioning the Mirror dinghy forestay. It is fitted onto the forestay rope and is rigged with a 4:1 advantage, to give plenty of tension. It can be fitted and adjusted by hand - no tools are required.
Adults can easily tension the forestay by just pulling on the rope tail. Children may want to use a handle, such as our CL262 Power Grip for two hands.
The whole rig becomes part of the forestay, which makes it fully race legal.
