CL201 & CL228 Cleats used in Agriculture

Clamcleats Limited's Dutch distributor - Lankhorst Taselaar, supply our cleats to the agricultural market and kindly supplied this information for us. Our cleats are crucial for holding the ropes used in trimming and cleaning cows' hooves efficiently. As you can imagine, there can be an aggressive climate in a barn, but our cleats perform perfectly in difficult conditions! Lankhorst Taselaar's customer have been using our rope cleats for their cattle for over 10 years. In this instance, our CL201 - Vertical Cleats are used to secure cows' front hooves to the fence of the cattle treatment crush walk-through. A rope is attached with a steel spring hook, pulled onto the wooden block with a winch and fastened with a CL201 for quick release with the handle. Our CL228 - Vertical Cleat with Integrated Fairlead is used on the safety wind-up device to hoist cows' hind legs, so that their back hooves are easily accessible.
