Clamcleat-CL823
The Clamcleat® CL823 Tapered Pad allows correct rope/cleating alignment. Backplate provides under deck support when bolting through thin sections and is supplied with every pad.
Can be used either way round, or stacked. Double stack the same way round to angle the cleat at 20 degrees. Or make a riser block to rais the cleat by about 10mm.
The CL823 is designed to be used with these cleats:
CL263 nylon Micros cleat with a fairlead.
CL268 & CL268AN Aluminium Racing Micros cleat with a fairlead.
CL270 & CL270AN Aluminium Racing Micros cleat with a fairlead and a becket, which can allow a 4:1 rig.
CL274 nyon open Miccros cleat.
CL275, CL275AN Aluminium Racing open Micros cleat.
CL277, CL277AN Aluminium Racing Micros cleat with a side entry hook-in fairlead on the Starboard side.
CL278 & CL278AN Aluminium Racing Micros cleat with a side entry hook-in fairlead on the Port side.

Ans: Clamcleat® make different sizes of tapered pads for all of its range of cleats. The tapered pad fits under the cleat (either way around) and aids rope alignment keeper.

Ans: Clamcleat® make a range of accessories for 3 sizes of fairlead cleat, CL268 and Mk2 range and the Mk1 range of cleats. The accessories are a tapered pad, Keeper (keeps the rope either in or out of the cleat) and the Cage (allows the rope to enter the cleat even if the lead angle is poor)
