Clamcleat-CL819
The Clamcleat® CL819 Tapered Pad aids correct rope/cleating alignment for Mk2 Junior cleats. Can be mounted either way round. A Backplate is supplied with every pad and provides under deck support when bolting through thin sections.
One CL819 angles the cleat at 10 degrees. You can double stack to increase the angle to 20 degrees. Double stack the other way round to make a riser pad that lifts the cleat about 11mm (3/8").
CL819 is designed to be used with these cleats:
CL211 Mk2 Aluminium Mk2 Racing Junior,
CL211 MK2/S2 Aluminium Mk2 Racing Junior with becket,
CL217 Mk2 Racing Junior with a side-entry fairlead on the Starboard side.
CL218 Mk2 Racing Junior with a side-entry fairlead on the Port side.
Nylon CL272 Mk2 Junior - a great value cleat for lower loads.
The CL815 Keeper also fits on CL819.
The CL817 Cage is used with CL815 to provide cleating at extreme angles.

Ans: Clamcleat® make different sizes of tapered pads for all of its range of cleats. The tapered pad fits under the cleat (either way around) and aids rope alignment keeper.

Ans: Clamcleat® make a range of accessories for 3 sizes of fairlead cleat, CL268 and Mk2 range and the Mk1 range of cleats. The accessories are a tapered pad, Keeper (keeps the rope either in or out of the cleat) and the Cage (allows the rope to enter the cleat even if the lead angle is poor)
