Crab fishing

Western Machine is an American repair shop for logging & fishing boats. Part of their work is making crab davits. Here the CL219VB is being used to hold the rope while the fishermen are pulling the crab cage up.
The CL219VB - vibro finish racing vertical for welding - provides a strong and permanent fixing. The cleat's tooth design allows a quick and positive lock that is easy to release and adjust.
Where an alloy cleat needs to be fixed to an aluminium surface, welding can be less expensive than drilling holes and bolting on a cleat.
Applications: aluminium fishing boats and oil rigs
