Clamcleats Ltd has expanded its insert cleat range to 8 styles, allowing designers to press-fit high-strength aluminium cleats directly into custom-moulded plastic housings for compact cord management.

CL718: Optimized for 2–4mm line

CL724: Optimized for 1mm line
The 3 new insert cleats combine the durability and holding power of aluminium teeth with the low weight of a plastic outer structure. They are designed to push-fit straight into a pre-moulded cavity after plastic injection or fabrication. This enables space saving within the product and will works down to 1mm cords in extremely tight or low-profile enclosures.
The Clamcleat® CL285 is designed for higher load applications and accommodates ropes with a diameter of 4-6mm. This all-aluminium lightweight cleat is easy to install and adjust, making it ideal for heavy-duty kitesurf brake lines. The cleat position on the rope can be easily adjusted by hand, no tools necessary. Additionally, it's perfect for handling higher loads on guy lines for tents, canvas structures, radio masts and aerials.
