Special cleat for physiotherapy system

A Norwegian company, Nordisk Terapi had used a standard cleat CL234 with their physiotherapy system. However, as part of a general upgrade they required additional features to the standard cleat. They asked Clamcleats Ltd to help developing, testing and manufacturing a new cleat unique to their requirements.

We have been manufacturing plastic and aluminium cleats for over 30 years. It was rewarding to know that a long standing customer had confidence to approach us when our standard cleats did not suit the specific application they required. It has been satisfying to use our experience to provide our customer with the solution they were looking for.

Clamcleats Ltd engineers made and tested prototypes. 3D model generated and SLA model produced for design approval.
